If they take you to court (hopefully they don't), you could always see if Charter violated anything by giving your information out. Technically the movie industry is another company and they shouldn't have given any of your information out to them.

Might be wrong, but it wouldn't hurt to ask a lawyer if you ever get that far.

Hopefully it doesn't go that far. I just called Charter and told them I "took care of the problem" and that "my little cousin won't be using my computer anymore" and they told me I will be taken off their list. haha Hopefully, that is all I needed to do.
